Remarks: Practice flying straight & level @ 500' AGL. Worked at familiarisation of burner & vent controls and effect on performance of balloon. 1 x intermediate landing - carried out successfully - discussion of landing checklists. Climb to 4,000 AGL - steady rate of climb - terminal descent to 200' AGL and final landing. Carried out with reasonable control and unassisted. V good. For next flight: More work on checklists (preflight & landing). Practice more landings (target selection, approach & intermediate landings)
